Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Assess patient needs, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age. Perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity and complete revisions of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Conduct QI assessments and perform other duties as assigned. This full-time night shift role requires a current state RN license, a bachelor's degree, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience is preferred, with ASLS certification as a plus.
