Job Summary
Assess patient needs, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and provide care tailored to each patient's condition and age. Perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record, including completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for every patient. Conduct QI assessments and execute other duties as assigned within the ICU team. Requires a current state RN license, BSN, and ACLS/PALS certifications within six months of hire. Full-time night shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment.
