Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse with a BSN is sought for Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. This full-time day-shift (7:00am–7:30pm) ICU role supports a 12-bed unit with critically ill patients, including those requiring CRRT and induced hypothermia after cardiac arrest. The role requires at least one year of ICU RN experience, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification; ACLS is preferred or to be obtained within 90 days. ADN holders must complete a BSN within 5 years of start date. The ICU team emphasizes Magnet-recognized care and high-quality patient experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of ICU Registered Nurse experience
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification from American Heart Association
