Registered Nurse RN ICU Full Time Nights Sign-On Bonus and Relocation AH Parker

Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU working full-time nights at AdventHealth Parker. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors; developing and implementing individualized care plans; administering medications and treatments safely; educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care; coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient care; maintaining accurate documentation; evaluating and adjusting care plans for outcomes; ensuring infection control and safety compliance; providing emotional support; supervising bedside staff; participating in performance improvement activities; and responding to code situations. Includes a $15K sign-on bonus and relocation allowance for eligible candidates. Requires ADN with RN licensure and ICU nursing experience preferred; BLS; English proficiency; ability to use EKG/advanced life support requirements as applicable.
