Job Summary
RN with ICU/NICU responsibilities including assessing and planning care, coordinating with healthcare team, supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse/preceptor, and demonstrating competency in neuro assessments, airway management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. BSN preferred; CT RN license required; 1 year NICU RN experience; Proficient with electronic patient records; strong emphasis on patient-centered care, education for patient/family, and collaboration within the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing
- BSN preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
