Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float

Provide nursing care in the ICU/Neuro unit with responsibilities including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; supervising non-RN personnel; serving as charge nurse; precepting new staff; and coordinating education and discharge planning. Demonstrates competency in neuro care, airway management, suctioning, and care for patients on ventilators or with tracheostomies; administers care per unit policies, supports the patient and family, and collaborates with the healthcare team. BSN preferred; 1 year of acute nursing experience required; valid CT RN license; proficient with electronic health records; committed to patient-centered, compassionate care.
