Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float

Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU/Neuro/Cardiac ICU spectrum providing direct patient care, assessments, care plans, and clinical supervision. Roles include supervising non‐RNs, serving as charge nurse, and acting as a preceptor. Units include Neuro ICU, CTICU, and Cardiovascular ICU with exposure to advanced cardiac devices (ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD) and complex post-operative care. Requires BSN preferred with active RN licensure in the state and BCLS, with opportunities for professional development and continued education. Responsibilities emphasize patient-centered care, collaboration with healthcare teams, education for patients and families, and adherence to unit policies. Specific skills include neuro assessment, airway management for neuro patients, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and familiarity with a wide range of critical care procedures.
