Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float with Neuro focus. Provides ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on an ICU unit, supervision of non-RN staff, and potential to serve as Charge Nurse and Preceptor. Responsible for developing and communicating individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and documenting outcomes. Demonstrates competency in neuro care (neuro assessment, airway management, care for ventilated and trached patients) and contributes to the organization’s patient-centered values. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year of acute nursing experience, and a Connecticut RN license; BLS is required. Location: Las Vegas, NV.
