Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float position requiring nursing leadership and direct patient care in the neonatal ICU. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, developing and documenting a care plan, coordinating with the healthcare team, implementing and evaluating interventions, supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse, and providing patient education. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year NICU RN experience, CT RN license, and BLS certification. Location: Wausau, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
