Job Summary
Provide bedside nursing in an ICU float assignment with responsibilities including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a nursing unit; supervising non-RN personnel; serving as charge nurse; potential rotation to other units; demonstrate competency in neuro care, airway management, and care for tracheostomy patients; mentor new staff and ensure high-quality patient care in line with unit policies; required BSN (preferred), CT RN license, and BLS.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing
- BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
