Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float

Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU Float role with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on nursing units, supervision of non-RN staff, and assumed charge nurse duties. Requires Neonatal ICU experience and competency in neuro assessment, airway management including suctioning and tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and care for patients with Halo braces. Provides patient and family education, discharge planning, and participates in precepting new staff; collaborates with multidisciplinary team and supports the hospital’s patient-centered mission.
