Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float provides ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on an ICU/unit basis, with supervision of non-RN personnel, precepting new staff, and serving as charge nurse as needed. Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring education for patients and families. Qualifications include BSN (preferred) and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience; CT RN license and BLS required. The role requires proficiency with neuro assessment and related airway/ventilator care, and involvement in unit operations and performance expectations.
