Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for ICU patients. Provide care tailored to each patient's condition and age while performing timely documentation in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for every assigned patient. Maintain current Virginia state or compact RN licensure with BLS certification within seven days of hire.
