Registered Nurse (RN) - (ICU)

Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments while documenting patient care and monitoring conditions. Assist patients with activities of daily living and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals. Evaluate learning needs and provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition, acting as an advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Float to other departments as needed to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios.
