Job Summary
Coordinate the interdisciplinary wound care program and oversee patient care delivery. Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on recognized protocols and current standards of practice. Collaborate with wound care team members and direct care givers to ensure treatment plans are executed effectively. Requires three years of Registered Nurse experience in Missouri with a current nursing degree and licensure.
