Registered Nurse (RN) HVC

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Coordinate care delivery and transitions, establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, and provide health teaching to promote safety. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, integrate cultural diversity into practice, and uphold ethical standards while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Practice within the legal framework of the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and YNHHS Professional Practice Model. Requires current BCLS certification, Connecticut RN licensure, and ability to lift up to 300 pounds.
