Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice –Weekend

Provide professional nursing care including admissions, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing evaluations for patients on their end-of-life journey. Develop individualized plans of care and collaborate with the hospice physician and interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate interventions. Oversee home health aides, social workers, and chaplains while educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and comfort. Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence, contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the agency. Work per diem weekends with mileage reimbursement and company-matching 401(k).
