Registered Nurse RN / Hospice Visit

Assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision across varied assignments. Deliver professional nursing care by conducting thorough assessments, contributing to individualized care plans, and administering medications per physician orders. Identify nursing diagnoses from health assessment data and respond accordingly while recording accurate clinical notes on pain and symptom management. Coordinate with community health partners to support seamless care transitions and ensure necessary equipment and services are arranged for patients. Maintain and grow clinical skills through continuing education and in-service participation. This role requires an adaptable RN with strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment under pressure, including valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally. Schedule includes 8 AM–8 PM shifts with alternating 4-day and 3-day weeks including weekends in rotation.
