Registered Nurse RN / Hospice Visit

Assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision across cases. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while identifying nursing diagnoses and responding accordingly. Record accurate clinical notes, including pain and symptom management outcomes, and coordinate with community health partners to support seamless care transitions. Ensure equipment and necessary services are arranged and available for patients. Maintain and grow your clinical skills through continuing education and in-service participation. Work as a vital support member of the interdisciplinary care team, stepping in to ensure no patient need goes unmet.
