Job Summary
Assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision across cases. Deliver professional nursing care within your scope of practice, conducting thorough assessments to contribute to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while identifying nursing diagnoses and responding accordingly. Record accurate clinical notes, including pain and symptom management outcomes, and coordinate with community health partners to support seamless care transitions. Ensure equipment and necessary services are arranged and available for patients. Maintain and grow your clinical skills through continuing education and in-service participation. Work as a vital support member of the interdisciplinary care team, stepping in to ensure no patient need goes unmet.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel locally
- Flexibility and confidence working across varied patient assignments
- Strong assessment skills
- Sound clinical judgment under pressure
- Excellent documentation habits
- Communication skills
