Job Summary
Direct Care Registered Nurse in Home Health/Hospice providing high-quality, end-of-life nursing care in patients' homes or hospice settings. Responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort and dignity, coordinating care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care on a 40-hour/week schedule (Mon-Fri, days). Qualified candidates hold an active VA RN license, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, and BLS within 90 days of hire; 1 year nursing experience required with a preference for home care/hospice background.
