Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice, Per Diem

Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories in VT and NH, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers, and execute doctor's orders while documenting all activities. Perform client assessments as necessary and maintain solid computer skills for electronic medical records. Occasional on-call availability after hours and weekends is required. A current RN license in VT and NH with at least one year of recent clinical experience is needed; prior home care or hospice experience is strongly preferred.
