Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories within Ocean and Monmouth counties. Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders while performing client assessments as necessary. Work an on-call rotation from 5pm-8:30am Mon-Thur and Fri 5pm-Mon 8:30am, every other week for 26 weeks a year. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred. Base pay ranges from $46-$47 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- 7 nights on/ 7 Nights Off

- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
