Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories in Ocean and Monmouth counties, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers while executing and documenting doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary and provide occasional after-hours and weekend coverage. Requires a current NJ RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and ability to travel. Full-time pay of $46-$47 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience
- Solid computer skills
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
