Job Summary
Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) on the Hospice Inn unit at St. Peter's Hospital. Works as staff RN coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive plan of care to support patients and families. Schedule is two 12-hour day shifts per week with an every-other-weekend rotation. Requires NYS RN licensure and an ASN; BSN preferred. Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, hospice experience preferred, and strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills to collaborate with care team members (including care techs, physicians, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers).
