Registered Nurse (RN) -Hospice

Manage patient total nursing needs including assessment, medication management, documentation, and supervision of other nursing personnel as the care manager. Coordinate implementation of care plans, provide education and counseling to patients and families, and respond promptly to patient or family calls. Lead and direct quality care while maintaining infection control and promoting interdisciplinary communication. Complete all documentation within policy timeframes and participate in required in-service training and continuing education. Provide on-call services as assigned and maintain effective communication with all individuals.
