Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories within New Castle and Kent counties. Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures, and perform client assessments as necessary. Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and execute and document doctors' orders. Work occasional on-call shifts after hours and/or weekends. Requires a current DE RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and ability to travel. Weekly pay and direct deposit included.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in DE
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience
- Solid computer skills
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
