Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Full Time 40 hours

Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice-provider role responsible for patient-centered nursing care, coordinating the continuum of care, and applying autonomous nursing processes. Leads and participates in unit-based projects, mentors peers, and delivers evidence-based practice with emphasis on communication, accountability, respect, and empathy. Requires active CT RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN or Associate Degree with ongoing pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, and includes responsibilities in leadership, education of peers, and participation in quality improvement. Note: Home care requires a valid CT driver’s license and vehicle access.
