Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Float

Collect and document comprehensive health status data, formulate individualized care plans, and prioritize responsive, autonomous patient management for the inpatient unit. Perform rounds with physicians, communicate care changes, and collaborate with Hospice Aides to adjust plans as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, support performance improvement efforts, and serve as a resource for new staff. Represent the organization in community liaison activities while maintaining knowledge of hospice best practices. This role involves travel to both Sinai Hospital and Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland.
