Registered Nurse RN / Hospice (After Hours)

Assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with clinical confidence during overnight hours in Olney, Robinson, and surrounding areas. Deliver professional nursing care across the full scope, conducting thorough assessments to contribute to individualized care plans and completing all visit types. Administer medications per physician orders, identify nursing diagnoses, and record accurate clinical notes regarding pain and symptom management. Coordinate with community health partners to ensure continuity of care and maintain necessary equipment. Work 10-hour shifts three days a week with rotating weekends, utilizing strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment in high-pressure moments. Maintain clinical skills through continuing education and in-service participation.
