Job Summary
Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs, supporting safe transitions from hospital or rehab teams to ongoing home care. Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care for infants, children, and adults receiving services in the home setting. Train and mentor the ongoing care team to maintain the highest standards of quality while achieving passing scores on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations. This role requires a current RN license with home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU experience, along with current CPR certification. Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule and travel throughout Ocean County is essential. Required Qualifications
