Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Homecare Team in Athol, MA. Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans; administer medications and perform skilled treatments, including medication fills; conduct assessments and provide ADL support; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams; document patient progress and report status changes. Requires current MA RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, driver’s license, computer literacy, and prior homecare/clinical RN experience. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Computer literacy and strong documentation skills
- Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
