Job Summary
Provide compassionate, high-quality home health nursing care to patients in Port Charlotte, FL. Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams; advocate for patients and help manage care plans; apply clinical expertise to support patients’ health and independence; demonstrate strong initiative and independent judgement. Requires active Florida RN license and a minimum of 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience (home health experience is a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Florida RN license
- Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus
