Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health Visits

Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in designated NC counties (Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke) per assigned care plans. Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager; document and follow doctors' orders; conduct client assessments; assist with case management and coordination; utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation; require travel to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
