Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in home health settings upon return to the home. Document patient visits using OASIS and adhere to home health regulations. Maintain excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgment while managing patient care plans. Possess a valid Virginia RN license, one year of home health experience, and a clean driving record. Successful background check clearance is required. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (minimum)
- Valid RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Valid driver's license
- One year clean driving record
- Successful clearance of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- RN preferred
- Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation and home health regulations, related to patient care
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
