Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes by assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring and documenting patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment, and educate patients and families on their care needs. Maintain active RN licensure in Georgia and current CPR certification. Work independently in the field with flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Required Qualifications
