Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to adult and geriatric clients across Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Union counties, adhering to designated care plans. Administer medications, perform wound care and treatments, and execute doctor's orders while monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to clinical managers. Perform client assessments, manage case coordination, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and strong computer skills for EMR. Per diem schedule with per visit basis.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
