Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and teach patients, families, and the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care while maintaining a valid state driver license and dependable transportation. Hold CPR certification and demonstrate basic technology skills, including mobile device operation. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred, though licensed professional experience may be deferred with regional leadership approval. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
