Job Summary
PRN Home Health RN will perform initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS assessments, initiate and revise the plan of care, provide nursing services per plan, and counsel patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention. Will make home visits in Hernando County (Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, Brooksville, and surrounding areas) at a rate of 5-10+ visits per week.
