Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health – Part Time/PRN. Provide expert patient care across home-health settings, including assessments, medication administration (IV infusions and injections), EMR documentation compliant with HIPAA, and support for patients with chronic illnesses through education and health coaching. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in varied settings to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requires FL RN license in good standing; preferred experience in ICU/trauma, wound/ostomy/infusion care. Flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and development programs offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida in good standing
- Proven experience in diverse clinical environments (hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute care)
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience with wound care, G-Tube, ostomy care, infusions, or ventilator management is preferred
- Critical care experience or Level I/II trauma center background desirable
- Excellent communication skills across pediatrics, geriatrics, and diverse populations
