Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health – Part Time/PRN. Provide skilled nursing care across diverse clinical settings in a home-health environment, including comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration and IV infusions, documentation in EMR/EHR with HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Requires activity in Florida with valid RN license, experience in hospital/ICU/emergency or post-acute settings, and proficiency in medical terminology and documentation. Focus areas include wound care, G‐Tube/ostomy care, infusions, and potentially ventilator management; exposure to chronic disease management and post-operative care. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with the state of Florida
- Experience in hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute care settings
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
- Experience with wound care, G-Tube, ostomy care, infusions, or ventilator management preferred
- Critical care experience or trauma center background desirable
- Strong communication skills across age groups and care settings
