Job Summary
Part-time Home Health RN delivering skilled nursing care in client homes across the Metro Atlanta area. Responsibilities include completing care plans and assessments, conducting fidelity checks/home supervisory visits, hands-on care, teaching and coaching, and supervision as part of the patient care team. Role requires an active RN license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Schedule is in-person with flexible adjustments based on client needs. Benefits include paid mileage and a car stipend, paid orientation, flexible schedules, and access to training courses. Positions open in multiple GA cities including Fairburn, Gainesville, Dacula, Clarkston, Buford, Braselton, Dallas, and Clermont. Work location is in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Clear/Negative TB Test
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Pass National Background Check/Drug Screen
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete new/existing client assessments
- Complete fidelity checks/home supervisory visits
- Hands-on care
- Experience with refugee population helpful (Arabic/Rohingya/Hindi using translators)
- Teaching caregivers and families tips and strategies to manage care
