Registered Nurse RN Home Health - Part Time - Exempt

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the patient, family, and health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care. Maintain a valid state driver license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition. Possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device operation. This part-time salaried position works 24 hours per week, over four days, and includes eligibility for a 60% paid days off program. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
