Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes across Lowell, MA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments, educating patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting in the patient record, completing OASIS and physicians' orders, coordinating care and discharge planning, and ensuring safety and quality of care in community/home settings.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts/New Hampshire RN Licensure
- Valid state issued Driver’s License
- One (1) year of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
