Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Full Time. Conduct one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting; perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care; maintain timely and accurate documentation; locations include Nashville, TN area. Requires RN licensure in state of practice and CPR certification; offers a comprehensive benefits package and per-visit pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
