Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Full-Time Evening

Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments to an underserved population while administering medications and treatments per protocol. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies, collaborating with providers, nursing staff, and facility personnel. Document all care accurately and in a timely manner. This full-time evening role at Sauk County Jail runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with PRN shifts available and weekends fully off.
