Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham, and Lee counties. Execute designated care plans by administering medication, performing wound care, and conducting client assessments. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations via a touch pad tablet. Manage case coordination and execute doctor's orders while maintaining independent time management. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and home health background. Base pay is $55+ per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Experience in home health
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
