Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with families and patients to ensure consistent, quality at-home support. Schedule options include day, evening, and overnight shifts, with part-time, full-time, and PRN availability. Candidates must hold a current nursing license, CPR certification, and BLS certification (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
