Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while performing services according to physician orders and the established plan of care. Maintain a valid state driver license, keep automobile liability insurance, and possess dependable transportation in good working condition to safely drive in all weather. Hold CPR certification for the healthcare provider and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device operation. Graduates of an approved school of clinical education with at least one year of licensed professional experience are required; Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
