Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and teach patients, families, and the health care team regarding established plans of care. Perform services strictly in accordance with physician orders. Maintain a valid state driver license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition to safely drive in all weather conditions. Possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider and basic demonstrated technology skills including mobile device operation. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation's largest home-based care providers.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Licensed in the state where they currently practice
- At least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider
