Job Summary
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while performing services in accordance with physician's orders and the established plan of care. Maintain a valid state driver license and dependable transportation in good working condition, ensuring safe driving in all weather conditions. Hold CPR certification for the healthcare provider and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device operation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred
